Overview
This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. We collect only what we need to fulfill your orders and operate the site.
What We Collect
Contact and order details you provide (name, email, phone, delivery address), your order history, and — if you use the tracker — the research-inventory entries you log. We also store a referral code if you arrive via one.
Payment Data
Card payments are handled directly by TagadaPay and its PCI-compliant vault. We never receive or store your full card number; we retain only a payment reference, the last four digits, and the order total. See TagadaPay's privacy policy for how they process card data.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep your cart, session, and preferences on your device. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.
How We Use It
To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, run the referral program, send order and delivery notifications, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing (TagadaPay), delivery, and email/SMS notification — and only as needed. We do not sell personal information.
Your California Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to correct it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Data Retention & Security
We retain order records as long as needed for business and legal purposes and protect them with access controls and encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission is 100% secure.
