Acceptance
By accessing researchchem.org or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or institution to purchase.
Research Use Only
All products are sold strictly as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are NOT drugs, food, cosmetics, or supplements, are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are NOT for human or veterinary consumption. By purchasing, you certify that you will use the products lawfully and solely for legitimate research, and that you will not resell or dispense them for human use.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are in USD. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier or, for local courier orders, on hand-off at your address.
Payments
Payments are processed by TagadaPay. We do not store your full card number. Submitting an order authorizes us (via TagadaPay) to charge your payment method for the total shown, including product, delivery, and applicable tax.
Returns
Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final once shipped or delivered, except where a product arrives damaged or incorrect — contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResearchChem is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. You assume all responsibility and risk for handling, storage, and use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
